摘要
清代著名医家吴鞠通对络病证治有独到见解。其治疗络病选用药物在叶天士"络以辛为泄"的基础上多有发挥,颇具特色。诸如取象比类、虫类搜剔、芳香透络和辛散通络等用药方法,已突破了叶天士"酸苦甘腻不能入络"的局限性,丰富并拓宽了临床用药思路,对进一步提高络病的临床疗效具有指导意义。
WU Ju - tong, the well - known physicians in Qing dynasty, had distinct judgement on treatment of Collateral Disease. On the basis of the therapeutical principle ＇Collateral should be dispersed by pungent flavor＇, which was made by YE Tian - shi, also a famous physician in Qing dynasty, WU Ju - Tong chose the drugs full of characteristics in the treatment of.Collateral Disease. Many medication methods, such as taking resemble or similar phenomenon to interpret difficult treatment method, seeking and picking evils in collaterals with insects drugs, penetrating collaterals with aromatic flavor, and removing obstruction in collaterals with pungent taste to disperse, had broken YE Tian-shi＇s limitations ＇sour, bitter, sweet and greasy flavors can not enter collaterals＇, enriched and broadened the thinking way of clinical medicine, and further improved the clinical efficacy in treating Collateral Disease.
