摘要
目的探讨高龄食管癌贲门癌切除术后肺部并发症的原因及防治。方法总结分析2007～2011年90例高龄食管癌贲门癌术后发生肺部并发症的临床资料。结果共发生肺部并发症12例,其中2例死亡。结论高龄、术前合并肺部疾病、手术时间长等均是食管癌贲门癌术后发生肺部并发症的高危因素;围手术期的加强管理和术中的操作细致是减少术后肺部并发症的重要措施。
Objective To determine the cause,prevention and treatment of the postoperative pulmonary complications in elder patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.Methods 90 elder patients age over 70 years with pulmonary complications after esophageal and cardiac carcinoma from 2007 to 2011 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The pulmonary complications ocurred in 12 cases and 2 of them died.Conclusion Old age,preoprative pulmonary disease and long operation time are all the risk factors for post-operative pulmonary complication in patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.Careful preoperative preparation,meticulous surgical techniques and intensive monitoring during the postoperative period are the critical measures of preventing the pulmonary complications.
