摘要
强风地区高速铁路接触网尚无成熟运营经验,相应的接触网设计方案也在探索中。经过有限元分析发现,在侧向风吹时,接触线正、反定位竖直方向呈现一定高差,甚至会出现一定位器向上抬升、相邻定位器向下下降情况,由此产生了接触线坡度,进而影响了弓网受流质量。文章针对此情况提出了预坡度新概念,将因强风产生的接触线坡度降低了1/2。经过弓网动态模拟验证,采用预坡度后弓网受流质量明显优于采用预坡度前。
High-speed railway OCS (overhead contact system) in gale area has not yet got mature experience in operation. The corresponding design scheme of OCS is still in exploration. By finite element analysis, we find when the cross wind come, the contact wire at push-off and pull-off will have different height to track in vertical direction, even one registration arm lifted upward and a neighboring registration arm downward, so causes a gradient on contact wire and affected the quality of pantograph-catenary current collection. In this paper, we put forward a new concept of per-gradient, which may reduce gradient by hall By the validation of simulation of the dynamic interaction between pantograph and catenary pantograph-eatenary current collection with a per-gradient is improved in performance.
