摘要 为了实时监测海底管道内腐蚀情况,设计了海管旁路式内腐蚀监测系统,并在南海A海管得到了应用。在海管入口及出口处安装旁路式内腐蚀监测系统,可以获得海管在油、气、水三相混输状态下的内腐蚀、结垢信息,该监测系统维护、管理简单,成本低,并且所有作业不影响油田正常生产,具有推广应用价值。 The by-pass internal corrosion monitoring system has been designed in order to monitor the internal corrosion of subsea pipeline in real time. It has been applied to a subsea pipeline in the South China Sea. Through installing the monitoring system at the inlet and outlet, the internal corrosion and scale information of the oil-gas-water three phase mixed transportation subsea pipeline can be got. The by pass internal corrosion monito- ring system can be maintained and managed easily and cost effectively without affecting the normal production of oilfield, so it has the application and dissemination value.
