摘要
标准化管理是全面提升生产经营管理水平,建立安全生产长效管理机制的重要举措,是小水电企业谋求发展的有效途径。本文以陕西秦龙电力股份有限公司二郎坝水力发电公司为例,介绍了二郎坝水力发电公司实施小水电标准化管理主要措施及取得的显著成效,对我国小水电企业全面开展标准化管理具有一定的示范和借鉴作用。
Standardized management is to an important measure for comprehensively enhancing production and operation management level,and establishing safety production long-term management system,and is an effective way for the development of small hydropower companies.In this paper,Shaanxi Qinlong Power Co.,Ltd.Erlangba Hydro Power Corporation is taken as an example,main measures and prominent achievements of Erlangba Hydro Power Corporation to implement small hydropower standardized management are introduced,which has certain model and reference effect for China's small hydropower enterprises to comprehensively carry out standardization management.
