摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与高血压患者用药分析与用药教育的方法。方法:跟踪1例高血压3级患者住院期间主要治疗药物,结合患者病史、住院期间的各项检查及诊疗经过,进行用药分析及对患者进行用药教育。结果:患者通过采用多种降压药联合治疗,减少了不良反应,有效防止了靶器官损害,使血压维持至理想水平。结论:临床药师参与高血压患者的药物治疗,可以促进临床合理用药,提高患者用药的依从性,发挥药物治疗的最佳效应。
OBJECTIVE： To explore clinical pharmacist participating in medication analysis and medication education for 1 patient with hypertension in phase 3. METHODS： Major therapeutic drugs for 1 patient with hypertension in phase 3 were followed up during hospital stay. Medication analysis and medication education were conducted according to the medical history, inspections and diagnosis and treatment process of the patient during hospital stay. RESULTS ： Patient received combined treatment of multiple antihypertensive drugs to reduce adversing drug reactions, prevent target organ injury and control blood pressure to maintain the ideal level. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacist participating in drug treatment for hypertension patient can promote rational use of drugs in the clinic, improve compliance of patients and achieve optimal response of drug treatment.
