摘要
该文立足开发管理的角度,首先介绍城市滨水地区的基本概念,接着通过分析国内城市滨水地区规划建设的成功案例,对如何完善滨水地区的规划建设总结出一些经验;最后通过从开发管理的角度分析温州市滨江商务区规划建设的实践案例,尝试在现代化建设中寻求一些适合温州城市特色的规划设计和开发管理滨水地区的做法。
The article is based on the research of development and management. Firstly it introduces the basic concept of urban waterfront. Secondly the article analyzes some successful cases of planning and construction for urban waterfronts, putting forward some preliminary suggestions about how to perfect the waterfronts planning, and sums up some experience of planning and construction. Finally through analyzing construction planning of riverside business district in Wenzhou based on development and management, the article tries to sum up some planning and management ideas for urban waterfronts full of Wenzhou-style in our modern construction.
