摘要
基于视频会议技术的全国天气预报电视会商系统在气象业务系统中发挥了日益重要的作用。比较了软硬件视频会议技术的不同,介绍了应用于全国天气预报电视会商系统的视频会议技术的现状,并重点分析了视频会议技术在天气会商系统中的应用前景,指出软件视频会商系统的应用将成为现有硬件视频会商系统的有利补充,视频会议技术在气象业务中的应用将朝着个人桌面化、管理自主化、应用多元化的方向发展。
Video conference technologies-based National Weather Forecast Video Discussion System （NWFVDS） plays an increasingly important role in meteorological operations. Hardware and software video conference technologies are compared, and the status of NWFVDS are introduced. Then, the application analysis of video conference technologies in NWFVDS is analyzed. In the future, software video conference technology will be a complement of the existing hardware video conference technology, and the application of video conference technologies in meteorological operations will be more personal, more autonomy and more diversity.
