摘要
目的建立原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中砷和汞的方法。方法采用湿法消解,双道氢化物发生原子荧光法测定。结果砷和汞的检出限:砷(As)0.082ng/mL,汞(Hg)0.0048ng/mL;线性范围砷(As)0~10ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9997;汞(Hg)0~2ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9974;样品加标回收率砷(As)99.74%~100.10%;汞(Hg)99.92%~100.02%。结论方法简便、快捷、准确,灵敏度高,应用该法可测定蛋及蛋制品中砷和汞的含量。
Objective To develop a method for the determination arsenic and mercury in eggs and egg product simultaneously.Methods The samples were digested by wet digestion,and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The detection limits were 0.082 ng/ml for arsenic and 0.0048 ng/ml for mercury,and the linear calibration curves for arsenic were within the range of 0~10 ng/ml(r=0.9997) and for mercury 0~2 ng/ml(r=0.9974).The recovery rates of spiking standards of arsenic and mercury were in the range of 99.10%~100.12% and 99.10%~100.12%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate for the determination of arsenic and mercury in the eggs and relative food.
