摘要
标准规范是建设高质量和可持续数字档案馆的坚实基础,是数字档案馆能够长期发挥作用的根本保证。本文主要对建设数字档案馆的标准规范进行了分析,提出了数字档案馆建设标准规范的两种模式及其缺失,总结了数字档案馆标准规范的建设特点与思路,为其他数字档案馆的标准规范的建设提供依据,确保数字档案的开放性和互操作性。
Standards is the solid foundation for high quality and sustainable digital archive and a digital archive to the long-term role of the fundamental guarantee.This paper carried out analysis on digital archives standards for building system and put forward the two modes and lack.Summarized the features and thinking of digital archives standards with the construction and provided the basis for the construction of other digital archives standards.Ensured that the digital files openess and interoperability.
