摘要
股骨转子间骨折是临床常见疾病,其治疗的方法多种多样,主要的治疗方法为动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定、动力髁螺钉(DCS)内固定、Gamma钉内固定和股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)固定等方式。本文将这四种主要方法的临床应用方法、适应症和缺陷的文献报道进行综述,以期对于临床选择合适的治疗方法提供一些依据。
Intertrochanteric fracture is a common clinical disease,for which there are many therapies,main therapies in-cludes dynamic hip screw（DHS） internal fixation,dynamic condylar screw（DCS） internal fixation,Gamma nail internal fixa-tion and proximal femoral nail（PFN） fixation.This paper reviewed the literature about clinical application methods,indica-tions and defects of the four major methods in order to provide some basis for the appropriate selection of therapy.
