新课改高考命题调研行动控制的思考——以湖南省新课改高考命题调研为例

摘要 "深化考试内容和形式改革,着重考查综合素质和能力"是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的"完善高等学校考试招生制度"的重要内容,高考命题是考试内容改革的重要组成部分。本文以湖南新课改高考命题调研行动为实例,详细阐述了用科学的方法控制调研行动的全部过程,尝试提供一种科学系统的内容指标评价体系和切实可行的方法,促进高考命题调研的科学化,为改进试卷质量和完善命题工作提供可靠依据,为深化考试内容改革提供重要保证。 Intensifying the reform of examination content and form, like checking the students' integrated quality and ability particularly is a key point of improving the college's examination and enrollment system, which is presented in The National Outline for Medium- and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development (2010- 2020). College entrance test-writing is an important part of the reform of examination content. Based on the research and survey of Hunan's test writing for college enrollment in the new curriculum reform, the essay explains in detail the whole processing of research control in a scientific way, attempting to provide a scientific evaluation index system and some practical measures. It intends to improve the research and survey of college entrance test-writing, aiming to provide reliable basis for bettering the test quality and test administration, which assures to intensify the reform of examination content and form.
