摘要
目的识别和评价某合成氨厂技术改造生产甲醇建设项目职业病危害因素及其防护措施效果。方法按照相关的法律法规,采用现场调查、检查表法、采样检测及定性、定量分析等方法,评价职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘1个点、噪声3个点超过职业卫生标准;一氧化碳、甲醇、硫化氢、二氧化硫、二氧化碳等毒物检测结果符合标准。结论除噪声外该项目存在的职业病危害因素基本能得到有效控制。从职业卫生防治角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。
Objective To identify the occupational risk factors in the construction project of the technological transformation for producing methyl hydrate and evaluate the preventive measure and effect in the synthetic ammonia factory.Methods According to the related laws and regulations,the methods of field investigation,checklist,sample detection,quantitative classification and comprehensive analysis were applied.Results The site selection,general plant layout,design of occupational protective facilities and arrangement of auxiliary rooms for health accorded with the national regulations.The concentration of dust in 1 point and intensities of noise in 3 points exceeded the national occupational health standards.The detected values of carbon monoxide,methyl alcohol,hydrogen sulfide,sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide met the national standards.Conclusion All the occupational risk factors coming from production procedure can be well controlled except noise.The construction project is feasible from the view of occupational hygiene.
