花家湖选煤厂洗选系统改造

摘要 分析了花家湖选煤厂洗选系统存在的问题,提出了将原重介、跳汰联合流程改造为2个相对独立生产工艺的解决方法,阐述了重介系统和跳汰系统的改进措施。系统投入运行后,选煤厂工艺性能稳定,洗选效果良好,技术指标优良,提高了精煤和选煤副产品的回收率,降低了用水量,为洗水闭路循环提供了强有力的保证。最后对选煤厂经济效益进行了分析,选煤厂每年节省费用274.56万元。 In order to resolving the problems existed in coal washing system, the former combined dense medium and jigging preparation process in replaced by two relatively independent preparation technique. Emphasize the improvement measures of those two preparation system. The improvement process has a stable performance, great washing efficiency, and every techniqual targets attains the requirement, the recovery rate of clean coal and by-product is also improved,water consumption is lowered. The coal preparation plant saves 2. 7456 million yuan.
