摘要
为了用更加科学的方法防治和减轻黄河上水电站的泥沙磨蚀,有必要对水轮机的磨蚀特性进行系统研究。磨蚀特性与泥沙粒径及级配有直接的关系,为此对不同沙粒级配下水轮机材料磨蚀进行研究,总结出材料磨蚀与沙粒粒径关系的一般规律,并找出关键数据和临界参数,为水轮机泥沙磨蚀的防护提供依据。
The research on abrasion characteristic of hydraulic turbine is needed to scientifically control and treat the sediment abrasion of hydropower stations in Yellow River. As the abrasion characteristic is directly relate to sediment size and its gradation, the abrasion of turbine material under the sediments with different size gradation are studied to derive the relationship of material abrasion with the sediment sizes, and find out the critical data and parameters. The study can provide basis for control the sediment abrasion of hydraulic turbines.
