摘要
企业文化建设在零售业竞争日益激烈的情况下愈来愈受到中小零售业主的重视。中国中小零售企业文化构建存在认识不到位、目标不明确、缺乏创新、功利性强、追求速成、特色不明显等问题。在中小零售业文化构建中要以人本化原则、个性化原则、动态化原则为指导,把握好文化构建的基本点,做到领导者身体力行,以人为本,不断创新,注重特色,从而构建具有时代特征和自身个性的企业文化。
Starting from the connotation of enterprise culture construction,the paper first systematically elaborates the theory system of enterprise culture,the characteristics and function of the culture construction in small and medium-sized retail enterprises.Then the paper discusses some problems in this aspect in China.Finally from six aspects of fundamental points,leaders,people-first,innovation,features and principles,the paper puts forward some measures for how to construct enterprise culture with modern characteristics and individualism in small and medium-sized retail enterprises.
