摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度磷酸氢二铵盐处理烟梗后脱氧果糖嗪含量的变化规律。[方法]首先在还原糖和磷酸氢二铵的体系下优化反应条件,建立液相色谱分析方法,定量分析优化条件下不同浓度的磷酸氢二铵处理不同时间长度时烟梗中脱氧果糖嗪含量的变化规律。[结果]在pH为7.5,反应温度为90℃的优化条件下,磷酸氢二铵能够使烟梗中的脱氧果糖嗪含量明显增加,浓度越大、时间越长,处理后的脱氧果糖嗪增加量越大。[结论]用不同浓度的磷酸氢二铵直接处理烟梗后,其中的脱氧果糖嗪含量有不同程度的增加,为改善烟梗品质提供了指导依据。
[Objective] To study the change law of deoxyfructosazine contents in tobacco stem treated with different concentrations of diammonium hydrogen phosphate.[Method] Based on the reaction of reducing sugar with diammonium hydrogen phosphate,the condition was optimized firstly,and then the HPLC analysis method was established to quantitatively analyze the change laws of deoxyfructosazine content in tobacco stems treated with diammonium hydrogen phosphate solutions for different length of time.[Result] Under the temperature of 90 ℃ and pH value of 7.5,the diammonium hydrogen phosphate could increase the content of deoxyfructosazine in tobacco stems remarkably,the higher the concentration and the longer the treatment time,the larger the increase content of deoxyfructosazine after treatment.[Conclusion] The contents of deoxyfructosazine in tobacco stems observably increased after the stems were treated with diammonium hydrogen phosphate directly,which provided instructions for improving the smoke quality of tobacco stem.
