摘要
目的探讨高校大学生的应对方式和心理健康的关系,为学校心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用应对方式量表、自我和谐量表、焦虑自评量表(SA S)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对609名高校学生问卷调查。结果应对方式中解决问题和求助与自我的灵活性呈正相关(r=0.327,0.106;P<0.01),与自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐性、自我的刻板性呈负相关(r=-0.304^-0.196,P<0.01)。而合理化、幻想、自责、退避因子正好相反,它们与自我的灵活性呈负相关(r=-0.176^-0.135,P<0.01),与自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐性、自我的刻板性呈正相关(r=0.242~0.485,P<0.01)。应对方式与焦虑、抑郁组和无焦虑、抑郁组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),提示焦虑、抑郁的学生倾向于采取消极的应对方式,而积极的应对方式又有助于降低焦虑、抑郁水平。结论高校大学生的应付方式与自我和谐、焦虑、抑郁密切相关,应引导其采取积极的应付方式,提高心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the relations between college students' coping style and mental health,so as to provide relevant references for psychological health education in universities.Methods To distribute and collect questionnaires among 609 college students,with the help of CSS,SCCS,SAS and SDS.Results Solving problem and asking for help showed a positive correlation with self-flexibility(r=0.327,0.106;P〈0.01),while showed a negative correlation with total score of self-consistency, non-consistency of self and experience and self-stiffness(r=-0.304~-0.196,P〈0.01).However,factors of idealization,illusion,self-abuse and retreat showed a contrary result,it showed a negative correlation with self-flexibility(r=-0.176~-0.135,P〈0.01),while showed a positive correlation with total score of self-consistency,non-consistency of self and experience and self-stiffness(r=0.242~0.485,P〈0.01).Copy style between anxiety/depression group and non-anxiety/depression group demonstrated a significant difference(P〈0.01),which suggested that students with anxiety and depression were prone to take the passive coping style,but only active coping style helped to lower the level of anxiety and depression.Conclusion College students' coping style has a strong connection with the self-consistency/congruence,anxiety/depression.They should be advised to apply the active coping style to improve their psychological level.
