摘要
为了确定两端自由金属锚杆的最佳激励方式及其动态响应,分别对加速度传感器的安装方式、力锤激励方式、锚杆放置方式和背景噪声,进行了多种组合工况试验。通过utek2004数据记录仪的附带功能,以及自由振动衰减法等计算方法,对振动响应信号的正确性与有效性进行了判断并进行模态分析,得到了振动阻尼、衰减系数等模态参数,以及锚杆的计算质量。最后,根据振动曲线的各项相关评判标准,确定了最佳激发波及其相应的响应曲线,从而为进一步的复杂工况试验提供了依据。
In order to determine the excitation method and the dynamic response of the metal bolt with two end free,the multi combined performances tests were conducted on the installation way of the accelerated speed sensor,the hammer excitation method,bolt displacement method and background noise individually.With the subsidiary function of the utek2004 data recorder and the free vibration attenuation method,the judgment and the modal analysis were conducted on the correctness and validity of the vibration response signals.The vibration damping,attenuation coefficient and other modal parameters as well as the calculated quality of the bolt were obtained.According to each related evaluation criteria of the vibration curve,the optimized excitation waves and related response curves were determined,which could be the basis for the further complicated performances test.
