摘要 为了减少煤炭损失,提高工作面采出率,根据落差6.4~15.9 m的F3大断层对采煤工作面实际影响区域,对采煤工作面进行改造。按断层上盘与下盘将工作面改造成上、下2个水平的小型采煤工作面,巷道布置时综合考虑上下2个采煤工作面的联络和衔接,便于支架和其他设备的回撤、运输和对接。在巷道支护中,采取合理的巷道断面形状及支护方式,不仅保证了改造巷施工时的质量及安全,而且为顺利回采创造了有利条件,同时也避免了采煤工作面直接回采过断层引起冒顶或压力过大的风险。 In order to reduce the coal lost and improve the coal recovery rate of the coal mining face,according to the F3 large fault with a drop of 6.4~15.9 m affected to the actual area of the coal mining face,the coal mining face was reconstructed.According to the upperwall and footwall of the fault,the coal mining face was reconstructed in to two small coal mining faces,such as an upper level face and a foot level face.In the layout of the gateway,the linkage and connection of the two mining faces should be considered in order to remove,transport and connect the powered supports and other equipments.With the rational cross section and support mode of the gateways conducted,the safety could be ensured during the gateway reconstruction and the effective condition could be provided for the successful mining operation.Therefore the roof falling or over higher pressure risks occurred during the coal mining face directly passed the fault could be eliminated.
