摘要
对烟台12个区市的192个有代表性的蔬菜日光温室的土壤进行取样,分析测定了土壤微生物区系和土壤肥力的变化。结果表明,烟台各区市日光温室土壤微生物数量相差不大;随日光温室种植年限的增加,土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌、微生物总数及B/F比值先增加后降低;土壤微生物总数与土壤有机质、速效磷、速效钾呈极显著正相关,与土壤pH值呈负相关。
Soil microbial community and soil fertility condition were mensurated with gathering 192 soil samples of vegetables helio-greenhouse in 12 districts of Yantai city.Results showed that the difference of soil microbe content in the helio-greenhouse the various areas of Yantai city,did not apparent;the amount of bacteria,fungus,actinomyces,total microbe and B/F increased in the beginning and then decreased with the cultivation years;there was significant correlation among the number of soil microbe,soil organic matter,fast-acting nitrogen,fast-acting potassium and soluble salinity,but was negative correlation between the number of soil microbe and soil pH.
