摘要
目的:为医院药品采购工作中常见问题的处理提供参考。方法:结合我院实践,介绍申请药品的采购、药品的调价、药品的转配送、紧缺药品的采购与使用、配送公司的相关变更、突发事件的处理等方面的常见问题及处理方法。结果与结论:申请药品的采购必须按程序逐级审批通过;药品的调价必须核实调价依据的真实性;药品的转配送必须核实转配送的原因;配送公司的相关变更应按照《公司法》的相关规定执行,以上4项必须获得医院主管领导签字许可。对紧缺药品的采购引入配送公司形成竞争;面对突发事件主要依赖于平时扎实的工作基础,对于采购计划配送公司必须就执行情况进行反馈,同时要启动应急程序加以应对。通过采用规范的操作程序和流程,可以应对药品采购工作中出现的各种常见问题。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the solutions of common problems in hospital drugs procurement. METHODS： According to the situation of our hospital, we introduced our practice from drug purchasing, drug price changing, drug delivery, purchase and use of rare drugs. We also introduced the related changes of delivery company and the practice of solution in the incident. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Application of drug purchase should be approved step by step; drug price changing and drug delivery should base on reality of evidence and delivery reasons; the related changes of delivery company is carded out according to regu）ations of Corporation Law. Above four items must be approved by hospital supervisor. Delivery company should be introduced into competition of rare drugs purchase; the solution of incident mainly base on daily foundation, and delivery company must feed back the information on the implementation of purchase plan and start up emergency response procedure. By the use of the standard operating procedures and processes, we can deal with various common problems in drug purchase.
