微波法合成铈掺杂的LiFePO_4正极材料 被引量:2

摘要 以自制的N H 4FePO 4作为前躯体,C H 3C O O Li.2 H 2O为锂源,C e2O 3为掺杂源,通过微波法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li1-xC exFePO 4(x=0、0.001、0.002)。采用X粉末衍射仪(XR D)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)以及恒流充放电对材料掺杂进行了结构和电化学性能表征与分析。结果表明,所合成的材料为典型的橄榄石型结构,掺杂C e3+离子可以提高LiFePO 4的电化学性能,当C e含量为0.1%(质量分数)时,Li0.999C e0.001FePO 4质量比容量为最大,0.1 C倍率放电比容量可达146.88 m Ah/g,1 C倍率放电比容量可达123.38 m Ah/g。 Ce-doped lithium iron phosphate Li1-xCexFePO4(x=0,0.001,0.002) cathode material was synthesized by microwave heating method which used CH3COOLi·2 H2O as lithium source,and Ce2O3 as dopant.The LiFePO4 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and electrochemical performance testing.The results indicate that the cathode material is homogeneous olivine-type phase.The content of Ce is an important factor to influence the performance of LiFePO4.With the Ce content of 0.1%,the specific capacity of Li0.999Ce0.001FePO4 is the maximum.The charge-discharge test shows that the cathode materials possess excellent charge-discharge capacities of about 146.88 mAh/g at 0.1 C and 123.38 mAh/g at 1 C.
