摘要
竖井施工不可避免扰动地层,引起地铁隧道周边建筑物沉降,影响其安全和正常使用。结合某地铁区间隧道,分析竖井施工引起的周边建筑物的变形特点、原因及规律。以邻近某建筑为例,提出开挖掌子面进行全断面封闭措施;隧道内超前深孔帷幕注浆;隧道台阶法开挖及时进行支护,并向初期支护背后注浆回填、径向注浆以及地面注浆加固技术措施,对建筑物施工后沉降进行控制,达到了预期效果。
Construction of shaft in metro tunnel will inevitably bring ground disturbance and cause settlement of adjacent buildings,then the safety and the normal use of buildings is affected.Based on the practice of a certain metro running tunnel,the deformation character,reason and movement law of the around buildings induced by shaft construction are analyzed in this paper.Thereafter,taking a dormitory building for example,the measures of full-section sealing in tunnel face,such as advanced deep-hole curtain grouting,bench excavation and timely supporting associated with backfill grouting,radius grouting and ground surface grouting,are proposed to reinforce and control the deformation of buildings.
