摘要
患者 女，35岁。“双下肢无力伴二便失禁12d”入院。患者12d前无明显诱因双下肢无力，进行性加重，约1周前双下肢完全截瘫，伴大小便失禁，后渐出现颈背部痛，较剧烈。于当地医院行腰椎MRI检查发现椎管内占位，转来我院。既往体健，无家族史。
