摘要
目的根据妇科手术临床特点、手术合并症与并发症及老年女性自身生理特点，探讨提高其围手术期护理管理的方法。方法对168例≥60岁妇科手术患者的合并症和术后出现并发症的16例，进行护理管理，并做回顾性总结。结果患者均安全完成即定手术，术中未出现并发症，术后并发症16例，均经对症治疗治愈或好转出院，无一例围手术期死亡。结论针对老年患者的特点，加强围手术期的合并症、并发症护理管理，就可以提高护理质量及安全性，促进康复和治愈。
Objective To investigate the methods of ameliorating perioperative nursing management of elderly women according to the characteristics of gynecological surgery, clinical complications, and their physiological functions. Methods 16 cases out of 168 female patients with age no less than 60 years old who developed complications postoperatively were administered with nursing care and retrospectively studied. Results Those patients successfully underwent the given operation without any complications intraoperatively; 16 cases developed complications postoperatively, while they were discharged after targeted treatment or better outcomes. There was not any death during the operation. Conclusions Strengthening nursing management of complications during perioperative period with fully understanding the physiological characteristics of elderly women could improve the quality and safety of nursing care, and promote their rehabilitation.
