摘要
五脏的阴阳属性除寒热喜恶,升降趋势外,还应包括燥湿特性。五脏之中脾为戊土病则多湿,肺属燥金病则易燥,肝体阴用阳病易化燥热,肾为水脏喜润恶燥,心为火脏宜煦宜濡。通过对五脏燥湿特性的系统阐述,来认识五脏的燥湿病机,指导临床处方用药,并进一步完善五脏阴阳属性的含义。
Apart from preference to coldness or hot,or intendancy to ascend or descend,the yin and yang nature of Five zang also include the inclination to dryness or dampness.The spleen is diseased by dampness,the lung is diseased by dryness.The liver is yin in nature and yang in function,easy to transforming to dryness and hot.The kidney being watery zang,love moisture and dislike dryness.The heart being fire zang,preferred warmth and nourishment.The systematic discussion of the dryness and dampness feature of five zang will help to disclose the disease mechanism,complement the yin yang nature,and guide clinical treatment.
