摘要
高等教育资金的多渠道投入及合理配置对高等教育的发展具有重要意义。特别是1999年高校迅速扩招,给高等教育财政带来了巨大的冲击。那么,如何在提高高等教育质量的前提下应对这种冲击,是高等教育发展必须解决的现实问题。本文在对中美两国高等教育融资渠道分析的基础上,结合实践和美国的成功经验,提出了扩宽融资渠道的若干建议。
Multi-channel funding into higher education and the development of rational allocation of higher education is important.In particular,the rapid university enrollment after 1999,brought huge financial impact to higher education.So,how to improve the quality of higher education in response to the shock context,that is the issues must be resolved.In this paper,the two countries on the basis of the analysis of higher education financing,combined with practice and successful experience of the United States put forward some suggestions widening financing channels.
