摘要
目的了解佛山地区急诊手外伤患者的流行病学特征,为保护人群健康,促进社会经济发展提供可靠依据。方法自行设计调查表,前瞻性调查急诊手外伤患者性别、年龄、文化程度、致伤原因、受伤环境、损伤类型、伤后就诊时间、患者来源等因素分布特征。结果 (1)急诊手外伤高发年龄段在15～44岁;患者男女比例为3.72∶1;初中文化程度所占比例最高,为51.02%,其次为高中,占20.69%。(2)受伤原因中,以工伤最多,占69.99%,其次为生活伤,占19.35%;受伤环境分布依次为工作场所、家中。(3)开放性损伤占98.28%,其中挤压伤、切割伤分别占36.65%、35.06%,闭合性损伤仅占1.72%。(4)患者受伤后到就诊时间中位数为30.00 min。结论本地区急诊手外伤患者以青中年居多,且男性比例显著高于女性;工伤、开放性损伤所占比例最高,应重点预防。
Objective To understand epidemiological features of patients with traumatic hand injury and to provide reference for health enhancement and economic development.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was developed for factors distribution features of patients with traumatic hand injury such as gender,age,educational background,causes of injury,injury spot,visiting time,etc..Results Most patients with traumatic hand injury aged from 15 to 44 and the proportion of male to female was 3.72 to 1.Meanwhile,51.02% of the patients were with junior high school education,followed by 20.69% with senior high school education.As to causes of injury,industrial injury was the top reason,accounting for 69.99%,followed by injury in daily life,accounting for 19.35%.There was consistent distribution between injury spot and injury cause.Most patients were with open injury and only 1.72% closed injury existed.The median of patients＇ visiting time was 30.00 min.Conclusion Most patients with traumatic hand injury are young and middle-aged with a remarkable proportional difference between male and female.Industrial injury and open injury are most frequently seen,which should be attached great importance.
