摘要
通过文献资料,对当前短跑专门性练习的主流认识进行归纳,指出其建立在"髋动力来源论"基础上的现代短跑专门性练习的主流认识及引进"结构——定向教学理论"两处进步意义,同时对主流认识从技术要求和心理定向上进行修正,提出应该由半高抬小步跑、折叠高摆腿、小车轮跑这三个练习手段按照其固定顺序组成跑的专门性练习组合是比较合理的.
