摘要
首先提出了利用可调节型曲柄滑块连续轨迹生成机构来实现对各种链型的系泊链轮廓的仿形。在确定了可调节型曲柄滑块机构轨迹柔性的基础上,基于机架杆位置结构误差建立机构的优化综合模型,采用遗传算法获取综合结果。机架杆位置结构误差不仅计算便利,且能有效地反映出实际生成的轨迹曲线与预期的理想轨迹曲线间的差异,避免了在两轨迹曲线上选择对应比较点的困难。遗传算法保证了获得全局最优解。针对系泊链轮廓的仿形结果,表明了该方法的有效性。
This article first proposes that the continous path of adjustable crank-slider linkages is used to simulate the various mooring chains' contour.Based on the confirmation of the flexibility of the path of adjustable linkages crank-slider and positional structural error of the fixed link,it also establishes the mechanism's optimization model and obtains the design results by Genetic Algorithm.It is not only convenient to calculate the positional structural error of the fixed link,but also can effectively reflect the difference between the actual path and the expected path,avoiding the difficulty of choosing corresponding points of two curves.Genetic Algorithm can be used to ensure the global optimal solution.The simulation result of Mooring chains' contour shows the effectiveness of this method.
