摘要
赵固一矿部分巷道具有围岩破碎、软岩流变等特性,支护困难。针对巷道围岩的实际情况,对该矿原有的锚网喷支护方式和可缩性支架支护方式的失败原因进行分析,提出了运用高强度U型钢支架的支护方式来控制围岩的变形。利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D对锚网喷支护方式、可缩性支架支护方式与高强度U型钢支架支护方式进行对比分析。实测数据表明,高强度U型钢支架支护方式在风化破碎巷道支护中得到成功应用,并取得了良好的技术经济效果。
Some roadways with broken surrounding rock and of soft rock are difficult to support in Zhaogu No. 1 Coal Mine. According to the actual condition,it analyzed the failure cause of the original supporting methods that are bolting with wire mesh and shotcreting supporting and compressible holder supporting,and proposed a new supporting method that is high strength U section steel holder supports for controlling the deformation of surrounding rock. Then, numerical simulation software FLAC3D was used to compare and analyze among bolting with wire mesh and shotcreting supporting, compressible holder supporting and high strength U section steel holder supports. Measured data showed that,high strength U section steel holder supports in the weathered broken roadway supporting has been successfully applied,obtained a good technical and economic result.
