摘要
川东北产天然气硫化氢含量高,易使集输管线产生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSC)、氢诱发裂纹(HIC)以及电化学腐蚀,影响集输管线的安全运行。通过对腐蚀因素(如土壤盐分、土壤电阻率、输送介质H2S含量、氯离子、CO2含量、输送压力、管材因素等)进行研究,并利用腐蚀分析软件OLI Corrosion Analyzer对川东北某集气管线进行腐蚀模拟,对输送介质成分、管材组分等因素对管道腐蚀的影响进行分析,得出必须对高含硫气田集输管线进行腐蚀防护的结论。
The natural gas in northeast Sichuan contains much H2S,which makes it easy to cause SSC,HIC and electro-chemical corrosion in the gas line,thus affecting the safe operation of the gathering line.By analyzing corrosion factors,such as H2S content and CO2 content,the delivery pressure,and the compositions of pipe materials,etc,this paper use OLI Corrosion Analyzer to simulate the working condition of a pipeline in northeast Sichuan.This paper might be helpful for selection of preventive measures against corrosion which occurs in the areas containing H2S.
