摘要 系统采用微流量气体热导传感器TCS208F进行H2浓度数据采集,设计了信号调理电路,并在传感器外部设计环境温度控制电路实现传感器的恒温检测。传感器输出的微弱信号经放大电路送入微处理器S3C44B0中进行后续处理,完成H2浓度的数据采集与显示。理论研究和实验表明:该数据采集系统克服了传统热导传感器检测误差大、环境温度补偿困难等诸多问题,具有广阔的应用前景。 This system used micro-flow of gas thermal conductivity sensor TCS208F for hydrogen concentration data acquisition,signal conditioning circuit was designed,external temperature control circuit was designed in order to achieve constant temperature of the sensor.The weak signal by the sensor output was sent into the microprocessor S3C44B0 in follow-up treatment,on the hydrogen concentration data acquisition and display,while the data transfering to PC.Theoretical research and experimental results show that the data acquisition system can overcome the traditional thermal conductivity sensor detects errors,environmental temperature compensation and many other difficult issues,and has broad application prospects.
