摘要
综合分析了各种承载力的概念,探讨了水生态承载力的3个内涵,即复合承载力、水生态弹性力、以经济规模和人口数量为表征指标。分别提出了广义和狭义的水生态承载力概念。在考虑现实情况以及具体问题的可操作性和应用性,结合狭义水生态承载力概念,给出了现阶段我国水生态承载力的定义。最后进一步分析了水生态承载力的动态性、区域性、可调控性、有限性和模糊性等5个特点。
Based on the concept of carrying capacity,the connotation of water ecological carrying capacity was discussed,and the concept of water ecological carrying capacity was put forward in a narrow sense and in a broad sense respectively,so was the concept at the present stage of our country in order to meet the needs of operability and actual application.In the end it pointed out that the water ecological carrying capacity has the dynamic,regional,adjustable,limited and fuzzy characteristics.
