摘要
论述了在汽轮机安全监视(TSI)差胀测量中,常规的安装调整方法无法克服涡流传感器测量系统实际位移──电压特性与理想位移──电压特性之间存在的较大误差,导致监视系统不能起到相应的作用;提出了建立在测量基础上的调整方法,实践证明是行之有效的。
During the differential expansion measurement of TSI,the conventional way of installationand adjustment can n0t overcome the considerable deviation between the actual characteristic of displacement/voltage variables and the theoretical characteristic of displacement/v0ltage variables. Thiswill cause the malfunction of TSI. The paper has given out a new way of adjustment on the basis ofmeasurement,the actual operation has proved its feasibility.
