摘要
输电导线的破损检测一直是电力系统普遍重视的问题，也是一大难题，急需一种简便高效的检测方法。根据国内外的研究现状，提出了适合我国国情的检测方法，研制出一种实用有效的检测小车，它能自动越过导线上部分障碍，具有效率高、成本低的特点。检测人员只需将小车人为地挂在导线上便可实现长距离的自动测线。
This paper describes a method of detecting conductor's fault,which uses a small car to detect,and discusses the design and the theory of the car. This car has properties of high efficiency andlow cost. and fits our country's condition.
