摘要
介绍我国图书馆应用户的需求、为陈列或保存版本和建设特色资源库之目的对文献进行复制的合理使用规定,阐明我们在文献复制的实践工作中如何正确利用合理使用,并提出我国合理使用制度的缺陷及立法思路。
This article introduces the rational use of copying literature for the purpose of displaying and reserving versions and building up a distinctive resource in library to meet user＇s requirements, illustrates how we exactly use it into the practice of literature copy, and points out the system disadvantages about rationally use in China and puts forward some methods to solve it.
