摘要
本文从减少黑色素生成、角质剥脱剂、植物防晒剂、基因水平上抑制黑色素形成、减少黑色素传送到角质细胞等方面分析了植物美白的作用机制。介绍了曲酸、植物多酚、根皮素、维生素C及其衍生物、内皮素拮抗剂、植物类黄酮等6种目前常见的植物美白剂,并从纳米技术、复配方案及中草药化妆品3方面对未来植物精华的发展趋势进行了预测。
This review article presents the mechanism of plant extracts' whitening effect from reduction of melanin formation,keratolytic,natural sunscreens,inhibiting melanin formation at genetic level,reduction of the melanin transference.This article also summarizes the present plant extracts' whitening agents,such as kojic acid,plant polyphenols,phloretin,vitamin C and derivatives,endothelin antagonists,plant flavonoids,as well as the developmental trend of plant extracts from nanotechnology,compositional formulation and herbal cosmetics in the future.
