摘要
目的了解某移动电话装配生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在苯、甲苯、二甲苯、异丙醇、正己烷、铅烟、噪声等,噪声存在超标,不符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》GBZ2.2-2007的要求。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施基本可行,超标岗位在目前生产工艺未达到有效防护措施前提下应加强个体防护。
Objective To identify the occupational hazard in a construction project of a mobile phone assembly line through occupational hazard control evaluation,and to provide a basis for developing protective measures of occupational hazard control.Methods Occupational health scene investigation,occupational health testing,occupational health screening and check-list were adopted for qualitative and quantitative assessments.Results Benzene,toluene,xylene,isopropanol,hexane,lead smoke and noise were the main occupational hazard in the production line.According to the "Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace"(GB Z2.2-2007),noise exposure exceeded the occupational allowable limits.Conclusions The protective measures against occupational hazard in this project are feasible.Personal protection in those posts which exceed allowable limits must be enhanced unless the production process conditions are improved effectively.
