基于模糊控制的城市客车动能再生系统

摘要 采用三菱FX2N系列PLC(programmable logic controller)及其模拟量输入输出模块作为核心控制单元,为城市客车并联液压储能式动能再生系统开发了一套专用的控制单元。重点分析了液压泵/马达排量控制策略,借助Matlab搭建了泵/马达排量的模糊调节模型,并将其移植到PLC中实现了在线查表方式的排量模糊调节。仿真分析结果证明了控制策略符合动能再生系统的运行特点,验证了以模糊控制方案调节泵/马达排量的可行性。 A control unit is developed for parallel hydraulic hybridsystem; the overall hardware control system is designed using Mitsubishi FX2N PLC and its analog input/output modules. The strategy for controlling dispIacement of' pump/motor is explained at the key point; the module of fuzzy control is built in Matlab and is transplanted into PLC by which the fuzzy control is realized. At last a simulation analysis under typical urban bus cycle is done, test results confirm that the control unit is suitable for hydraulic hybrid bus, and shows that the fuzzy control system is feasible for the pump/motor.
