摘要
深入研究公共政策过程中的利益关系是研究公共政策的钥匙。文章立足于利益协调是和谐社会背景下政策终结的新取向,具体分析政策终结与利益的关联性,提出通过建立健全利益引导机制、利益表达机制、利益相关者的参与机制、利益整合机制以及利益补偿机制等途径来构建政策终结的利益协调机制。
It＇s a key to study public policy that studying the interest relation in the process of public policy. This paper analyzes the interest relation in policy termination on the basis of interest coordination is a new orientation of policy termination in the harmonious society, and puts forward that constructing interest coordination mechanism in policy termination through constructing and perfecting interest introduction mechanism, expression mechanism, participation mechanism, coordination mechanism, compensation mechanism.
