摘要
从非合同风险控制和合同管理两方面入手,探讨了施工企业投标阶段的风险控制,分别阐述了非合同风险控制的具体方法、注意事项及合理管理的要点,以期指导实践,保证施工企业效益最大化。
From the non-contract risks and contract management two aspects,this paper introduced the risk control of construction enterprise bidding period,respectively elaborated the specific methods of non-contract risk control,matters needing attention and key points of contract management,so as to guide the practice to ensure the benefit maximization of construction enterprise.
