摘要
目的将"三防"医学救援组织指挥训练过程进行计算机管理,实现"三防"医学救援训练任务的模拟化。方法运用系统分析、层次分析、专家咨询与统计分析等方法,对"三防"医学救援队工作流程和信息流程进行分析与研究。结果以先进的模拟仿真技术为支撑的训练系统,能够较好完成不同背景条件下的"三防"医学救援训练任务。结论 "三防"医学救援队组织指挥模拟训练系统的开发,能够满足"三防"医学救援队组织指挥模拟训练的实际需要,提高"三防"医学救援队指挥员宏观规划、临场应变等综合组织指挥能力。
Objective The organization and commanding process of NBC medical rescue training is computerized,which can simulate and digitalize the NBC medical rescue training missions.Methods System analysis,analytical hierarchy process,expert consultation and statistics are used to carry out the analysis and study of the work flow and the information flow for the NBC medical rescue team.Results By means of the advanced simulation and emulation technology,the training information system could fulfil the NBC medical rescue training mission under different background conditions.Conclusion Development of a simulated organization and commanding training system for NBC medical rescue teams could satisfy the actual need while enhancing its commanding capacity of macroscopic planning and changeable organization.
