摘要
目的 分析镍钛形状记忆锯齿臂环抱内固定器治疗长管状骨骨折的疗效。方法 采用镍钛形状记忆锯齿臂环抱内固定器治疗长管状骨骨折４２ 例。术后随访３８ 例，时间２ ～２４ 个月，平均９个月。结果 骨折均达骨性愈合，功能均恢复至健侧水平。结论 该环抱器治疗长管状骨骨折，操作方便、固定坚固、肢体功能恢复较好。
Objective To study effects of treatment of long bone fracture with NiTi shape memory saw tooth arm embracing fixator. Methods The fixator was used to treat 42 cases of long bone fracture. 38 cases were followed up after operation for 2～24 months, 9 months on average. Results All fractures showed bone union with good functional recovery. Conclusion Treatment of long bone fractures with the saw tooth arm embracing fixator is simple for operation, stable for fixation and good for functional restoration. It is one of effective operations for long bone fractures.
