摘要
目的 探讨脱套性断指的损伤特点及再植的可行性。方法 回顾性分析２３ 例２７ 指脱套性断指的损伤特点，并结合这些特点采取相应的措施进行修复。结果 ２３ 例２７ 指成活２２ 指。１７ 例１９ 指随访６ ～２４ 个月，按断指再植功能评价，优１０ 指，良７ 指，可２ 指。结论 脱套性断指血管、神经、肌腱的断面常不在一个平面上，表现为长距离的撕脱伤；仔细观察伤情后，采取灵活恰当的手术方法，同样可获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To probe into injury characteristics and feasibility of replantation for avulsion severed fingers. Methods Reviewing and analysing injury features of 27 severed fingers in 23 cases, and adopting corresponding measures to repair them in combination with those characteristics. Results 22 out of the 27 fingers survived according to evaluation of function of replantated severed fingers, 10, 7 and 2 fingers obtained excellent, good and acceptable result respectively. Conclusion Avulsion severed fingers in which the sections of blood vessel, nerve and tendon are not on the same plane, exhibit a long distance avulsion. Good therapeutic effect can be achieved by adopting flexible operating methods after careful observation of the injury condition.
