摘要
目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优选解酒泡腾片的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍量,提取时间为主要影响因素,以绿原酸含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,用星点设计-效应面法优选解酒泡腾片的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量水,提取2次,每次提取30min。结论:用星点设计-效应面法优选的解酒泡腾片提取工艺简便易行,预测性好。
Objective:To optimize the extraction of antialcoholism-effervescent tablet with the help of central composite design-response surface methodology.Methods:The main influencing factors of extraction effect included the quantity of water and extraction time and the extraction conditions were evaluated by the contents of chlorogenic acid and the extract yield.The optimal extraction of antialcoholism-effervescent tablet was selected by central composite design-response surface methodology.Results:The optimal conditions consisted of extraction two times,30 min each time with ten fold of water.Conclusion:It is simple,convenient and high predictive to optimize the extraction craft of antialcoholism-effervescent tablet by central composite design-response surface methodology.
