摘要
目的:观察薄荷主要成分薄荷油对正常大鼠的影响,判断其诱导正常大鼠类阳虚状态的可能性,继而探讨薄荷寒凉药性表达。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、薄荷油大、小剂量组,持续灌胃14d;每周取血1次,检测内分泌系统、免疫系统、物质代谢等相关指标。结果:薄荷油组在整体症状、行为上表现出类阳虚证的特征,下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴功能发生障碍、物质代谢低下、免疫功能紊乱。结论:提示薄荷的主要成分薄荷油能够在一定程度上诱导大鼠出现类阳虚状态,大鼠所出现的类阳虚状态表达了薄荷寒凉药性。
Objective：To investigate the cold and chilly drug property of BOHE and judge possibility of the rat＇s analogue yang deficiency situation,according to observe to normal rat＇s index change induced by spearmint oil which is main component in Herba Menthae（BOHE）.Methods：SD male rats were randomly divided into control and spearmint oil large,small dose group,which control group was administrated distilled water and spearmint oil group was administrated spearmint oil.The intragastric administration were continued to 14 days and were taken bloody each week and were detected on these correlated index of endocrine system,immune system,substance metabolism and so on.Results：Compared with the control group,the spearmint oil group appearance analogue yang deficiency situation in entirety symptom and behaviors,hypothalamus-hypophysis-target gland function disturbance,substance metabolism loss and immunologic function disorder.Conclusion：The current study indicated that spearmint oil can to some extent leaded to analogue yang deficiency situation,which is the cold and chilly drug property of BOHE expression.
