摘要
为评价波依定(非洛地平缓释片)对原发性高血压痛的疗效。病人在服用安慰剂1用后,将原发性高血压病102例分为波依定组56例,硝苯地平组46例。两组病例均排除继发性高血压病、急进型高血压病、脑血管意外、嗜咯细胞瘤等病人,用随机、双盲方法进行自身对照开放性试验。测量服药后第1、2、4、8周时的血压,进行自身服药前后值的对比。设硝苯地平对照组与波依定对比服药后第1、2周时的血压值。观察服药前后24小时动态血压变化,测T/P比值,并与络合喜T/P值对比。观察服药前后血生化的改变。结果:(1)自身对照开放试验患者在服药后第1、2、4、8周的降压疗效结果:无效17例,有效28例,优36例,佳48例,总显效卑86.71％。(2)波依定组与硝苯地平组对比,1周后波组DBP 12.09±0.97kPa,硝组12.85±1.33kPa(P=0.0031),2周后波组DBP 11.97±0.80kPa,硝组12.66±1.15kPa(P=0.0018)。(3)24小时动态DBPT/P67.72±2.35％,对照组络合喜67％,两组疗效一样,均>50％都有效。(4)服用波依定前后病人血生化对比(P>0.05)无明显差异。结果提示波依定是治疗原发性高血压的有效药物,其疗效好副作用少。
To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of primary hypertension with Plendil(Felodipine extended release tablet). After 1 week of placebo treatment,one hundred and two patients with primary hypertension were randomly double-blindly divided into Plendil group( n =56) and nifedipine group ( n =45). The patients with hypertension excluded from seconday hypertension, accelerated hypertension, cerebral vascular stroke, pheochromocytoma etc. The patients in Plendil group took Plendil 5mg once dialy. Follow-up was performed blood pressure before taken plendil and after continually taken Plendil at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks respectively, in contrast with oneself openly compare. The nifedipin group took 10mg ter in die,the blood pressure was contrasted after 1,2 weeks. The changes of blood pressure were monitored pre and after placebo, and when the first Plendil take within 24 hours hy 24 hours active blood pressure monitoring. The valumes of blood biochemistry were measured before and after taken Plendil. The results showed that:(l)The patients of treatment with Plendil 5mg daily after 1,2,4 and 8 weeks indicated fail 17,effective 28,fine 36,best 48,total effective rate was 86. 71%. (2)The Plendil group reduced BP more effectivly than niffedipine group's,which after 1 week DBF were 12. 09±0. 97 kPa;12. 85±1. 33kPa respectively( P =0. 0031). After 2 week DBF were 11. 97±0. 80kPa;12. 66±. 15kPa respectively( P = 0. 0018). (3)The Monitore 24 hours active blood pressure showed Plendil group T/P was 67. 0±2.35% and Norvasc group T/P was 67. 0%.The two medcine the raputic efficacy were as well. (4) The valums of blood biochemistry were meaasured before and after Pledil taken,which not to show significant differences statistically ( P >0. 05). The resits suggested that the Pledil was vary efficacy in treatment patients with primary hypertention.
