摘要
本文尝试运用质性研究方法,对我国国有企业科研技术人员的胜任特征结构进行了初步探索,在此基础上进行大样本调查,通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,检验了胜任特征模型是可以接受的,测量量表具有较好的信度和效度。最终确定的量表包括专业素质、职业素质与个人素质3个维度14个指标51个条目,为我国国有企业科研技术人员的考核、选拔、培训提供了参考依据。
This paper attempts to use the qualitative research method to explore the competency of scientific and technical personnel of state-owned enterprises. It adopts exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to test the competency model is acceptable, and measurement scale has good reliability and validity based on conducting large sample surveys. The finalized questionnaire includes professional quality, professionalism and personal qualities of three dimensions of 14 indicators of 51 entries. It will provide a reference for our scientific and technical personnel of state-owned enterprises of the assessment, selection, training.
